Shipping policy

 

• Orders placed Monday-Thursday after 12 pm EST are processed the next 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed from Friday after 12 pm-Sunday and US holidays will be processed with 48 business hours.
• Allow 24-48 business hours for order processing (this time is not included in the shipping estimate.)
• All shipping times are estimates, Photonic Health is not responsible for any orders that may take longer to be delivered. If you feel your order was not delivered in time contact the shipping carrier.

Light & Light Kit Shipping Information

• All Lights, Light Kits, and Pad orders are shipped with a Signature Required.

• All International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees that are not included in the shipping fee. These fees are determined by your country of residence and are due upon delivery. For more information contact your local customs office.
• Any orders sent back to Photonic Health due to client shipment refusal and/or non-payment of VAT/Import Fees will be subject to payment for reshipment.
• If the client would like a refund for the order that has been refused or sent back for non-payment of VAT/Import Fees any fees incurred by Photonic Health for order to be sent back as well as a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from the order refund.
• Photonic Health is not responsible for any shipping broker fees or VAT/Import Fee assessed at time of delivery.
